Comfortable house for a family’s summer holiday with pool.
9.0Onsite clean swimming pool, three spacious lounge areas, Al fresco dining table with sunshade plus large internal dining table and kitchen bench, children’s games and books, quiet neighbourhood in cul de sac, 4 spacious bedrooms upstairs. The baby’s cot and high chair much appreciated. Sea breezes from being high on hill, next to bush reserve. No need to use the individual air conditioners present in the lounge areas, master bedroom and kids bedroom. Ceiling fans were used in other bedrooms.
− Some window blinds are old, water stained and temperamental. There is no wardrobe, hanging space nor hooks in downstairs small 5th bedroom. Ceiling oyster lights in main sitting room are harsh. In peak season this is a very expensive property to lease. Online final registration 2 days before arrival is arduous with names of all adults and tel nos required. But was necessary before keybox code was released. Parking is tight on driveway for more than two small cars. Unfortunately local politics has closed the nearby Country Club.
