De grote van de ruimte buiten en het uizicht. Ook de inrichting vonden wij erg leuk

− Het twee persoons bed lag niet prettig Matras was al wat doorgezakt en lag niet comfortabel.

Ein wunderbares Grundstück mit einem wunderbaren Haus mit einer wunderbaren Wohnung! Komplett eingerichtete Wohnung und zusätzlichen Sitz- und Ruhemöglichkeiten vor dem Haus - hier lässt sich hervorragend entspannen.

− Die Autobahn und Bahnlinie zwischen dem Grundstück und dem See habe ich aufgrund der Geräuschkulisse als störend empfunden. Vllt ist dies der Jahreszeit geschuldet - da das Laub der Bäume dem Herbst schon teilweise zum Opfer gefallen war.

Bestes Haus das wir je in der Toskana gemietet hatten!

Das Haus befindet sich auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen und Pinien. Es sind Blumen gepflanzt worden und es liegt weißer Kies. Alles sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist toll. Direkt auf den Lago und es gibt herrliche Sonnenuntergänge. Man kann zu Fuß zur Bar Puntabella. Die Zufahrt ist über einen gut zugänglichen Schotterweg. Zum Glück ist das Grundstück sehr gut eingezäunt. Wir haben auf dem Weg davor Wildschweine gehört und frische Spuren gefunden. Es wohnt ein süßer aber wohl auch einsamer Esel auf dem Grundstück.

− Alles war optimal! Vielleicht wäre eine Garderobe für die Jacken im Herbst/Winter nicht schlecht. Wie vorher schon erwähnt, hört man die Schnellstraße - aber das hat uns gar nicht gestört.

Super schönes Anwesen - perfekt im Stil eines rustikalen Bauernhauses restauriert und doch modern ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber und komfortabel. Gastgeber jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit - man ist ganz allein dort und hat seine private Atmosphäre...und ein Haustier - der Esel Natalino - begrüßt einen täglich :-)
