Nightmare.
1.0Location.
− This garish place almost completely ruined our valentines weekend getaway, we arrived the main lights were not working, the bedside ones that did flickered psychotically. The wall heating unit was turned on apparently but the amount of air that came out (virtually none) indicated there was something very wrong with it. Had we not had a small portable heater in the room we would not have been able to stay because it was freezing in that room with its brick walls. The bed is small thin and very uncomfortable. They outsource their staff to a call center in the Philippines and there no one on site able to help rectify anything! They refused to switch us to another emptyunit or refund so we could leave. Absolute nightmare. Only good thing is the location. Avoid if you value your money and experience.

Accommodations were excellent and the instructions for entering were spot on.
