Das Appartement ist großzügig geschnitten. Alles ist sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir hatten Anfang September Glück, immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz quasi vor der Haustür zu haben. Der Bäcker und ein Supermarkt sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist ruhig und liegt im 2. Stock. Der Aufzug bringt einen schnell dort hin. WLAN funktioniert gut. Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet. Kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro funktionierte wunderbar. Waren 10 Nächte dort uns wären noch länger geblieben.

Great apartment with wonderful host!

Location is convenient, close to the city center, with good parking options. Apartment is really bright, spacious with two bathrooms and very good kitchen. Even though we have stayed only one night, we got a welcome bottle of sparkling wine! So kind! The host was very assistive and nice - really wonderful experience! I hope that we will come back!

Clean and modern. Excellent location.

The apartment is modern and impeccably clean. It is tastefully decorated. Practically, everything needed is in the apartment. The appliances looked brand new, as if they had never been used. The apartment has a large balcony and a terrace that looks over a river flowing into the lake. It was relaxing to sit on the terrace and watch. The apartment was easy to find and within an easy 5 minute walk to the train station, so it was simple to travel around the lake. Dervio is lovely and quiet, but within easy reach of other more touristy locations.

− The hot water would come and go and would not last long. Everything else was great.
