O apartamento é ótimo próximo a tudo. Limpissimo valeu a pena. Só um detalhe importante não tem elevador, a rua é muito íngreme. No mais gostei

− Do fato de não ter elevador e a rua é íngreme demais, mas na calçada da rua tem escadas. Exemplo se vc for a praça a pé tem escadas no passeio para descer e subir qdo voltar. Mas gente vale a pena Apartamento ótimo, lindo e confortável
