− The wrong shower head was installed in the bathroom (one for a hand held); shower head was useless for a short person bc water hit the wall and did not shower water on the top your head !

− Les fenêtres ne coupent pas du tout du bruit et la fenêtre de la chambre donne à coté d’un bar très bruyant la nuit… sans parler qu’à la même fenêtre il n’y avait pas de volet ou rideau pour ne pas laisser passer la lumière… Donc réveillé plusieurs fois chaque nuit… dommage

− Hier en daar wat kleine gebreken en tekenen van slijtage. Er was een slechte geur in de inkom. Gelukkig was hiervan binnen in het appartement niets van te merken.

− For 5 days and 5 nights no one came into our apartment to clean, change towels and sheets. I felt filthy.This is unnacceptable. Lot of noise in the building and outside after midnight. When did they plan to refund my 200€ deposit? Very disappointed!
