Horrific. I couldn't utilise the place. The place was deemed non-available
1.0There was nothing to like about the place because the owner of the place said she isn't aware of the booking because she has removed her property from booking.com yet booking.com has not removed the accommodation from the website.
− Everything could have been better but nothing was because we didn't have any access to the property. I called the owner & she advised on the property not being listed anymore. I need my refund
