9.0We had a great stay.Food from room service was excellent, so tasty. Staff friendly (except one in the dining area at breakfast). Loved our stay.
− Coffee machine in dining area kept breaking down and no Lactose free milk available, staff member said we have soy over there and walked off. Not impressed and I dont drink Soy milk. Our only complaint, everything else was fab.

10.0Can’t fault the location or the rooms. It was spotless and staff were really friendly. Beds were comfortable and it was peaceful.
− The only thing we weren’t too keen on was the breakfast. No English beans and the sausages weren’t to our taste. But there was a great selection of other foods too. We filled out bellies just fine.

Lovely stay at the Crowne
9.0The receptionist was so lovely and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable and I loved how U supplied robes.
− We did think we had booked for the Crowne in Adelaide which was a bit disappointing , but we made the best of it..Not a complaint but we got into the lift and it only went to the 4th floor, so thinking you should have clearer instructions on the lift so people don't make the same mistake so they know the lift will take U to the reception. Parking was a bit expensive but we thought your carpark was excellent. Also would have liked more coffee pods supplied.I dropped an earring and it landed under the bed, U need to vacuum under your beds. Would we stay with you again most definitely. Just a bit of constructive criticism just so you can keep your standards up to where they should be.
