Great base for the Lakes!

It’s in a great location close to amenities and on good bus routes.

− Nothing really. There are a lot of stairs to access it but we were fine with it.

Came to Kendal to attend a show at the Brewery Arts not knowing that this property was directly across the road. All the

Everything was as described and probably better. The location was absolutely superb due to us going to the Brewery Arts which was just across the road. The host Phil returned messages within a small amount of time and any instructions from him were clear and easy to follow

A very central location within the town. Easy walking distance to the shops. Nice spacious bathroom.

− The kitchen was a bit lacking with some basic utensils and the table could not seat 3 adults to sit down and eat comfortably due to the area being very small so one of us had to sit on the sofa in the lounge with a plate on our knees. Mouldy sealer around the shower was a bit off putting and dirty windows on the inside could easily be cleaned.

− Didn’t realise it was up so many flights of stairs, But not a big problem

− There wasn’t enough toilet roll for five of us and no instruction as to where any spare was

Big bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Comfortable bedrooms. Central location. Well equipped kitchen. Easily controllable heating.

− It was quite an effort to carry our things up all the stairs from where the car was parked to the apartment (we came for a wedding so couldn't travel light).
