10.0Уютно,чисто,тихо,приветливые хозяева,рядом большие продуктовые магазины.Квартира выглядит так,что делали для себя,похоже работал дизайнер,хорошая техника,ТВ,холодильник и др.
− Спальня совмещена с гостиной.Это хорошо создает чувство большего пространства,но если вас много человек,то уединиться не получится.
