8.0Me gusto mucho la climatización del alojamiento y el detalle de poder tomar un café o un té. El alojamiento está muy bien equipado.
− Me parece que un poco más de champú y de gel no hubiese estado de más. Había solo 2 botes de 30ml para 5 personas durante 2 días. Teniendo en cuenta que es julio y con el calor que hacía nos faltó gel para la ducha. Para 5 personas el alojamiento es pequeño; falta, al menos, un aseo más.
El apartamento bien pero el personal lamentable
4.0La ubicación, muy bien conectado con el metropolitano dado que teníamos un concierto
− El trato del personal ya que fue nulo. Tuvimos un problema con la cerradura del apartamento y nos quedamos encerrados 2 horas sin poder salir. Al final pudimos salir por nuestros propios medios porque el personal del apartamento no hizo absolutamente nada, ni siquiera conseguí hablar por teléfono con nadie que hablara mi idioma. Lo máximo en inglés por teléfono o en español por WhatsApp y toda respuesta que obtenía era que estaban contactando con alguien de su equipo para que nos ayudara y nunca pasó. Al final la única "compensación" que recibimos fue que nos devolvieron 60 € (nos costó 600). Pero de verdad, lamentable. No me quiero imaginar qué hubiera pasado si hubiéramos tenido una emergencia como un incendio o un problema de salud. No lo recomiendo para nada. Por cierto, también contacté con el personal de Booking y lo único que hicieron fue colgarme hasta en 3 ocasiones.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide for an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
