− La saleté, la maison est nettoyée à la va vite ! Pas assez de serviettes de toilettes (4 pour 6). Le jacuzzi, nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser car sale. Poêle à changer tellement usée

The location was what we needed.

− [UPDATED that the response of the owner was an absolutely disgusting lie, which is entirely expected given the dealing that we had with them. We provided pictures which are not being shown on this review for some reason, (but they have been uploaded to it), and we requested to leave due to the filthy state of the house, within 10 minutes of looking around it, which we left the moment booking.com confirmed our refund. Neither of the toilets were used while we were there, we did not trust the fact that both of the toilet rolls hadn't been changed, or the toilets cleaned! We certainly did not stay in here longer than to report it, complain, and get our money back, which we then booked in to the International Hotel for 2 nights! The internet was also switched off when we got there! As if we didn't think the owner could get any more vile!) The house was nowhere near clean. Black mold in the kitchen, and on the skirting board in the front room. A lot of rust in the microwave and the pantry. Toilet rolls were half used. The sofa was covered in stains. Oven was filthy. Coffee pot was sticky. Internet didn't work. Garden was heavily over grown. The hot tub needed to be emptied, cleaned and refilled, which it wasn't, human soup yum! There were stains on the walls and the floors. There wasn't anywhere near enough things to cook and eat with, there was broken cutlery in the drawers, no handle on the kitchen cupboard. The was a vape cartridge left in one of the bedrooms. Wallpaper hadn't been put on the wall properly. As if this wasn't bad enough, when we called upon seeing the disgusting state of this 'luxury house', to ask for a refund as we were not prepared to stay in it, the owner had the sheer cheek to request a cleaning fee from us of £90 (for sitting on the edge of their disgustingly stained sofa while on call to get the refund), as well as to keep -2- days of what we paid.

- Host excellent and quick communication - hot tub nice touch and clean - they sourced a travel cot for us as initially didn't have one. Very thoughtful - kitchen well equipped - Nice quiet area - Nice playpark nearby for the kids

− - little tight for 8 people as sofa bed not a full pull out - could do with a little refresh/paint Overall we had a great stay though!
