Spacious, modern apartment for corporate stays

Room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The rooftop pool was a lovely respite at end of day. Location is quite close to many restaurants and shops but in a quiet, suburban-like neighbourhood. I would recommend despite the issues we had with AC (see below)

− We had a hiccup on arrival - our three AC units in the apartment weren't working. Initially we thought they had just been turned on so room was warm, we left for 90 min and came back to same temperature. As it was 10pm we could not get anyone onsite to help (as this is an apartment building not a hotel). I was fortunate to contact someone thru the Corporate Stays host and they ended up moving us to a smaller unit for the night. The next day they could not get the AC working in the original room and so after 3pm they did move us to a new apartment with functioning AC. I still find it hard to believe that 3 AC units in original apartment were broken - it had to be a setting but no one could figure it out. Ultimately, it wasn't the greatest experience, moving rooms 3 times and waiting for a new room to be cleaned for us - but the staff onsite during the day and the Corporate Stay people (via the booking.com app) did their best to resolve the issue. This is the only reason I didn't give higher rating - would still recommend with the caveat...check your AC upon arrival!

I prepared my owned Breakfast in the morning at the unit daily.

TV did not work; sketchy WiFi condo; updated condo; only entertainment was a mall

It was new, spacious, bright and had a lot of amenities. Close to groceries and good mall.

− WiFi was sketchy. On the pool deck there was no WiFi. At times the WiFi would drop and I had to use cellular data. The TV did not work. I brought this up to employees in building and to the management company. They acknowledged it couldn’t connect to the network. They promised to bring a RoKu device. I kept asking for it and it never came. One day I was sitting on the sofa in my underwear and a maintenance technician barged in. He claimed the bathroom needed some work. He didn’t fix anything. He did however take my shampoo and conditioner. They provided only a few towels and one small bottle of shampoo and conditioner, which they took when they barged in. The view is a Condo canyon blocking a lot of the ocean. Shower had a dangerous contraption I think was for putting soaps and shampoo—see photo.
