6.0La ubicación es, sin duda, lo mejor del alojamiento. Está en una zona muy cómoda y bien situada. La habitación era confortable, estaba reformada y resultaba agradable para la estancia.
− Como aspectos a mejorar, la accesibilidad no es la más adecuada: no dispone de ascensor y las escaleras de caracol pueden resultar complicadas, especialmente si se viaja con equipaje. Además, el pestillo de la puerta de la habitación estaba roto, por lo que no era posible bloquearla desde el interior. Esto nos generó bastante incomodidad, ya que tuvimos que dormir con la puerta sin asegurar completamente, con la preocupación de que pudiera abrirse desde fuera. Intentamos contactar con el alojamiento para buscar una solución, pero no recibimos respuesta.
