Ruim en net appartement perfect gelegen om de ruime omgeving van Bologna te bezoeken!
9.0Zeer ruim en verzorgd appartement! Airco was zeker een troef met dit warme weer! Parkeren kan veilig en voor de deur. Goed gelegen als uitvalsbasis om Bologna en Modena te bezoeken.
− De slaapbank was niet supercomfortabel maar blij dat er toch een slaapplaats was voor onze zoon.

9.01. Absolutely the cleanliness. We have never seen such clean rental apartment. 2. We had some issues due to the bad weather, and the manager came immediately to help us and fix the problem.
− - Absence of hands soap. There was bad weather, so going out was not possible...it would have helped after a long trip to get there

9.0Tutti gli oggetti di uso comune per la gestione di una casa erano presenti, compresi quelli per tenere a posto la casa.
− Alcune cose avrebbero avuto bisogno di manutenzione strardinaria per essere perdfette (una lampada che non funzionava ed i getti laterali della doccia funzionanti in parte a causa del calcare), ma nulla che abbia creato dei problemi.

10.0Appartamento spazioso e comodo con ben 3 condizionatori e le tende da sole sui terrazzi. Cucina atttezzata, 2 tv e divano letto molto comodo. Spiegazioni per prendere le chiavi in autonomia molto semplici.
