− The keycard didn't work. And because the hotel is staffed by one man, it took a while to get it fixed. Wifi - but internet connection. No heating in the room. And it was October in Norway. No hot water at all in the shower. The bathroom was not cleaned. The sink had a large crack. And black mold in the shower.
