Size and amenities as advertised, very easy check in at 13:00, very clean, washer & Nespresso machine, centrally located, beautiful view of Valle Umbria.

− Not an apartment or Air B&B, rather a nice hotel room with a very simple kitchenette. No paper towels, no toaster, no microwave, not even a corkscrew. No TV in the Living room, only the bedroom, where there is no place to sit and watch it. A printed notice specifies that the toilet paper and bath soap are considered "courtesy items", another roll is avaiable for a fee, ridiculous given the apartment price. There are better places for the € in Montepulciano.

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Montepulciano – Truly Unforgettable! Our stay at this beautiful property in Montepulciano was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly owners, who made us feel right at home. Their kindness and hospitality set the tone for what turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our trip. The apartment itself was stunning — spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, with a perfect blend of comfort and historic charm. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside every morning was like a dream. You simply can’t beat the location — nestled in the heart of historic Montepulciano, everything was within walking distance, yet it still felt peaceful and secluded. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were always available, genuinely helpful, and eager to share local tips and recommendations that made our stay even more special. We can’t recommend this place highly enough.
