Die Wohnung war gut klimatisiert und gut geschnitten. Es ist direkt unter dem Dach und man darf nicht groß sein. Die Dusche ist sehr schmal. Zum Essen in der Küche hat man kaum Platz. Die Betten waren ok, Stauraum auch ausreichend. Eine sehr geräumige Garage stand zur Verfügung und wurde nicht noch extra berechnet.

− Die Zufahrt und der Eingangsbereich sind stark demoliert und schmutzig. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Gastronomie-Küche eines stark frequentierten Ristorante. Leergut, Müll, und Küchenabfälle inklusive Personalaschenbecher gammelten vor sich hin. Das Treppenhaus hatte in diesem Jahr [Juli!] noch keinen Besen oder Wischlappen gesehen. Die eigentlich helle Dachgeschoss-Konstruktion erlaubte lediglich den Ausblick auf eine Bauruine, Parkplatz und eine völlig verschmutzte Klimaanlage. Seeblick gab es nicht wirklich. Die Bilder bei Booking.com in Bezug auf das eigentliche Wohnhaus sind irreführend.

Snyggt boende på en vilsam plats

Rent, snyggt och modernt mitt i en liten lugn by. Låg nära sjön, restauranger och en gelatoria. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Att det dessutom är i hjärtat av Francicorta distriktet är plus i kanten.

− Mer för kännedom, ligger 2 trappor upp ingen hiss. Byn saknar matbutik.

Het appartement voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Jammer dat je geen balkon met uitzicht op het meer had. Alles was aanwezig, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. In de directe omgeving leuke barretjes, restaurants en voldoende activiteiten. Iseo is een veel meer toegankelijker meer als de meer bekende in de omgeving.

− Eigenlijk niets, alles was prima.

Alles wunderbar, die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet. Der Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, hilfsbereit bei jeglichen Anliegen. Nähe zum See sowie die schönen Lokale in Fussnähe. Die Cafebar um die Ecke ist sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem in der Früh. Danke für die schöne Zeit
