Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist hervorragend. Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig vorhanden. Klimaanlage top für heiße Tage. Parken in der Nähe und preislich ok.

Top Lage und moderne Einrichtung

Wir haben auf unserer Rückreise von Österreich nach Deutschland zwei Nächte in Passau verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden mit dieser wunderschön eingerichteten Unterkunft. Zu fünft hatten wir viel Platz, die Wohnung war top ausgestattet, sauber und sehr zentral in der schönen Innenstadt gelegen.

The location was excellent.

− For a five-day stay we needed more toilet paper and towels. Also, the automatic hallway light was very disturbing, especially at night.

It was centrally located and quiet. The bed was comfortable.

− The dishwasher had mould and food scraps in it. There were only two dishwashing tablets provided for a four night stay.

Lage und Kommunikation mit den Betreibern war sehr gut. Es war alles vorhanden, was für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt wurde.

− Die Internetverbindung war sehr langsam. Die Qualität der Ausstattung und Möbel war nicht gut und machte keinen wertigen Eindruck. Das ist bei Unterkünften für die reine Vermietung an Kurzurlauber oder Geschäftsreisende meistens der Fall. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt aber völlig ok.
