1.0− We booked this property through booking.com. received confirmation via email - credit card was on file for payment. 2 days before our trip i reached out to Stay vista to provide contact details of property manager to coordinate check in- only to be told our reservation didnt exist in the system due to a "glitch". summarising: we were not informed the booking didnt exist (StayVista confirmed this was their fault) - we would have shown up at the property without a place to stay. Pure coincidence that i reached out to confirm from my end. horrible experience, both stay vista and booking.com
