10.0Perfect for our family of 4! Stayed on 3rd floor so not ideal if stairs aren’t for you, but it was great for us! Enjoyed the large family room and kitchen. Kids loved the loft with 2 beds and bath of their own. Nice large bathroom with storage area. Comfortable bedding and amenities!
