The property is in desperate need of a major upgrade. The location was the only real feature.

We arrived at the property at the scheduled check-in time of 3:00pm, but had still not received the access code. I called and left a message, then had to wait for a return call, only to be told, “Oh, sorry.” I was then asked to resend my driver’s licence, despite having already provided it via two separate emails showing both the front and back of the licence. I had also received a text message acknowledging receipt and thanking me for sending it. Even after 3:00pm, we still had not received the code to access the property and were asked yet again to provide identification while we were sitting outside in the cold waiting to get in. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. To make matters worse, no genuine apology was offered at any stage. The lack of communication, poor organisation, and dismissive attitude resulted in a very disappointing experience. Customer service was appalling, and we were left feeling angry and completely let down.

− Once we were finally able to enter the property, unfortunately the issues continued. One of the bedroom lamps was faulty and could not be used, the couches were old and uncomfortable, the blanket appeared dirty, and the hairdryer did not work. Cleanliness was also a concern. The glasses needed to be rewashed before use, and in fact every plate and piece of cutlery we used had to be thoroughly cleaned first. The living area was also quite uninviting. Adding a lamp to the lounge area would help create a warmer and more welcoming atmosphere, and replacing the existing couches with more comfortable seating would make a significant difference. A few basic hospitality touches, such as tea bags and quality coffee pods, would also be appreciated. Overall, there was very little about the property that felt welcoming or comfortable. The only real positive was its location, which fortunately was excellent.

We liked the central location to shops and restaurants. Easy check in, spacious and a good garage.

− The soft furnishings could do with an update. It wasn't the quality we would expect in Sorrento.

Great stay, Italian dinner at Sardo, a walk on the beach and a day at the Hot Springs - ideallic!

Communication from booking agency. Location in Main Street Spacious, well-equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large living area.
