− The beds could have been comfier. A memory foam mattress protector would definitely help.

L'emplacement est parfait. La vue sur la cathédrale très bien. Il y a du matériel pour l essentiel (casseroles couverts etc)
− 1 les lits ne sont pas confortables du tout, à ressort, après coup j'ai vu que cela a été signalé déjà plusieurs fois. 2 nous arrivions à canterbury à 12h, j ai demandé si un check in en avance était possible. On m a répondu oui à 20 livres de l'heure. Honnêtement j ai été choqué. La location est de 150 livress pour 24h. Normalement une arrivée en avance c est gratuit si la personne précédente est partie tôt parce qu elle a déjà payé pour 24h et libéré plus tôt. A la limite 5 livres, mais 20 !!! 3 le processus d'inscription est long, on reçoit des documents de 20 megas sans intérêt... 4 au cas où j ai demandé si un check out un peu plus tard gratuitement était possible. On m a dit seulement si vous laissez un commentaire à 10. Je n ai pas donné suite. 5 Ensuite on m a proposé 5 livres pour laisser un commentaire et une note à 10. Bref l endroit achete les commentaires positif. 6 on nous a conseillé les parkings du centre ville hors de prix alors Qu il y en a de beaucoup moins chers en périphérie sans nous alerter sur le prix délirant de ces parkings de centre ville. 7 j ai trouvé la décoration très impersonnelle. Il n y avait pas de sel ou d huile et des céréales qui avaient l air dépassées depuis longtemps ainsi Qu une casserole toute rouillée. 8 quand on est arrivé il n y avait pas les draps pour le canapé lit. On a pu les avoir dans un délai de deux heures les gestionnaires ont été réactifs.
