− Que la vecina de arriba sacudía el mantel a la terraza y las ventanas interiores no se abrían por el olor a comida en un patio interior y daba a una pizzería

9.0The neibor hood was perfect. Next to Puertito de Guimar with plenty restaurants, coffee shops with very good prices. Clean, quiet, safe.
− As long as i stayed there i don't know what the problem was but l couldn't come in touch with the ouner and l never find out if there was i wifi connection. All the mails l sent were not delivered and all the calls l made were never been answered

7.0Gute Lage in der Nähe des schönen Küstengebiets Malpaís de Güímar.
− Die bietet Terrasse bietet leider wenig Privatsphäre, da sie unmittelbar an eine belebte fußgängerstaße angrenzt, dafür gibt es leckere Pizza direkt nebenan:)

9.0Nos encantó el apartamento, la ubicación es perfecta si buscan un sitio local y tranquilo, el apartamento tiene un rollo super guay y acogedor.
− Un punto es que la terraza está demasiado expuesta y no hay intimidad para dejar abierto. Y hay hormigas, hay que tener cuidado con la comida.

8.0Schick eingerichtetes Apartment. Küche war eher einfach ausgestattet, es war aber das Notwendigste vorhanden. Tolle Lage in Strandnähe. Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.
− Der Lärm der Pizzaria von nebenan spät abends. Essen immer gut verstauen, sonst wandern kleine Ameisen in der Küche herum.
