Toplocatie, ontwerp huis met de grote raampartijen en uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamer, 4 slaapplekken. Claire stond klaar voor ons. Sauna.

− Ondanks dat we een heerlijk verblijf hadden hieronder onze ervaring: -Doordat de eigenaren het huis zelf gebruiken (toiletspulletjes en koelkast) , krijgen vakantiegasten misschien niet helemaal het ‘thuisgevoel.’ -Het was fijn geweest als beddengoed en handdoeken en theedoeken inclusief de prijs waren geweest. -Een welkomskaartje met persoonlijke boodschap/ lokaal product zou voor warmer ontvangst gezorgd hebben. - wij verbleven in de week van kerstmis: naast de fantastische ster nog een boompje met lichtjes/ takken

Väldigt lyckat när man väl accepterade tillkortahavandena.

Väldigt bra läge om man har bil. Stort badrum och väl utrustat kök. Stora öppna ytor för att umgås. En väldigt trevlig supportperson svarar på alla frågor även sent på kvällen - hon var väldigt hjälpsam när det behövdes!

− Som jag minns det, så visade inte bilderna vissa delar av huset på ett korrekt sätt. Tex så är övre sovrummet ett "work in progress" vad gäller golvet. Man går de facto på spånplattorna. Likaså på terassen, där går man på cementen. Det hade varit ok om inte de vackra bilderna hade antytt något annat - nu blev det en något negativ överraskning. Trappan till övervåningen är väldigt smal. Det är med besvär man går upp för den med tex sin resväska. Övre sovrummet har heller inget ställe att hänga sina kläder i. Det är väldigt sparsamt möblerat. Vi la kläderna i de tvättkorgar som fanns till godo.

− Upon receiving the welcome message from the host, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional cleaning fee, despite the fact that it was already included in the booking price. This was clearly stated in my booking confirmation, where the cleaning fee appeared as a separate invoice line. However, the host refused to acknowledge that the fee had already been paid. No matter how much evidence I provided, they insisted that I still owed the amount. After a week-long back-and-forth, the host escalated the situation, threatening to deny check-in for me and my family unless we paid the fee again. I contacted Booking.com customer support, who confirmed once again that the cleaning fee was already covered. They assured me they would resolve the issue with the host. However, the host ignored their attempts to reach out and, even after finally responding, still refused to accept Booking.com's confirmation that the fee had been paid. If you’re willing to spend hours, if not days, arguing with customer support, this place might be for you. If you enjoy the thrill of traveling overseas, spending an entire day driving, all while fearing that you might have nowhere to stay, then by all means, book this property. But here’s the real question: How many guests have been pressured into paying the cleaning fee twice? And more importantly, what will the host do about it?

We had a great time.

The location was beautiful, surrounded by trees on top of a hill. However a little further from the Are ski area than we expected. The appartment was clean and very comfortable including sauna and fire place.

− Although we were warned we opened the fire place air vent and the kitchen hood at the same time, thus triggering the smoke alarm. It took us some time (with open doors and windows at -15C) to make the alarm stop. After that we had some problems with the sockets that the host came to solve.
