− On n'était pas sûr que les lits et les serviettes soient propres car les lits étaient froissés et les serviettes sur les patères plutôt que pliées sur les lits ou sur un meuble.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Auch wenn Bad und Toilette optisch etwas älter sind, funktioniert alles einwandfrei.

− De communicatie was slecht. Wij moesten de eigenaar bellen om te vragen hoe we in het appartement konden komen. Buiten troffen we veel bouwafval en vuilniszakken aan. Er was uitzicht op een verwaarloosde tuin. Er waren te weinig handdoeken. We moesten die zelf ophalen in de kelder van het appartement. De vloeren waren niet schoon gemaakt. Er stond een oud en vuil koffiezetapparaat. Er lagen gebruikte theedoeken. Er stond afwas op de aanrecht. De koelkast werkte niet en stonk. We hadden een koude douche. De matrassen waren bijzonder slecht, de dekbedhoezen ongestreken. Slechte hoofdkussens. Geen gordijnen in de slaapkamers. De badkuip en wastafel waren niet schoongemaakt. We hebben aan de eigenaar om compensatie gevraagd. Hij heeft op ons verzoek niet gereageerd. Ik raad iedereen af om dit appartement te huren.

Odalar çok geniş ve farah. Çevre çok güzel.

− Battaniye ve yorganlar çok küçüktü. Kış için daha fazlasına ihtiyaç var bence.
