Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Metro und der Bahnhof waren ganz in der Nähe. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Wohnung war komfortabel und gemütlich.

− Der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft, sodass sich das Wasser gesammelt hat und man sehen konnte, wie schmutzig der Abfluss innen war. Außerdem gab es auf einer Seite keine Duschabtrennung, sodass beim Duschen überall Wasser hingespritzt ist. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Badezimmer für einen Gast sehr wichtig und sollte vor der Ankunft überprüft werden.

The Good: Read: The location is close to the Praça de Espanha metro station, making transit easy, but be aware that it is located in Campolide—roughly 3.5 km outside of Lisbon's actual historic center, despite being advertised as "central."

− The Bad: I am incredibly disappointed by this property. The 9.8 rating feels completely manufactured based on the unlivable conditions and severe lack of maintenance I experienced: Deafening, Constant Noise: The noise pollution here is relentless. The apartment has zero soundproofing against the heavy street traffic below, loud screeching from the nearby metro/train lines, and constant airplanes flying extremely low overhead on the airport flight path. Combined with a massive party directly upstairs that lasted until 5:00 AM, sleep was entirely impossible. Zero Host Communication: I messaged the host urgently about the party at 3:42 AM and again the next morning. She completely ignored both messages and has abandoned communication entirely. Pest Problem: There is an active ant infestation inside the apartment. Plumbing Failures: The shower drain is completely blocked and floods deeply during use. When I reported this, the host told me to find a plunger and fix it myself. When I told her the plunger was missing, she ignored me. Broken Appliances: The kitchen extraction hood does not work at all, and the oven is broken (it only warms up slightly and cannot actually cook food). Poor Cleanliness: The bedsheets provided are incredibly old, heavily worn out, and did not feel clean. This host does not maintain the property, misrepresents the environment, and refuses to respond to urgent issues. Save your money and book elsewhere.
