I had a great time at Dawn and Dudley's place - feels like home! The property is in a safe and friendly neighborhood, within walking distance to Tesco, Battersea Park, several bus stops, as well as some nice local restaurants. The room is quite specious and tastefully decorated. There are enough space to hang your clothes and organize your luggage. You also get a kettle and a fridge should you need any hot tea or iced coke. The bathroom is across the hallway and not attached to the bedroom, but not a problem at all. Dawn is an awesome host - very friendly but not overwhelming. You can enjoy the hospitality while keeping all the privacy you need in someone else's house. Of course Dudley is amazing, too - calm, gentle, and easy-going :) Overall I would give this place 10/10. Will recommend it to everyone, especially female solo travelers.

The location was perfect for me as a wedding photographer working in London. My room was gorgeous, clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Dawn is absolutely lovely, friendly and accommodating. This was actually so much nicer than staying in a hotel and was ideal for what I needed with work. With all of my equipment it was so helpful being able to park right outside of the property.

Comfortable room near Battersea park

Excellent location, close to Battersea park. Very clean and tidy the room and bathroom. Dawn home also smells very nice! And Dudley is lovely. The room is big and comfortable.

− The mini fridge doesn't really keep food cold. I didn't have much food with me so not a big problem.

Had a lovely one-night stay in Battersea with Dawn and Dudley. Perfect location beside the park, a wonderful room and first-rate hospitality. Couldn't have asked for more.

Great room, clean and tidy, lovely bathroom. Towel and dressing gown available to use as well as tea and coffee facilities. Mini fridge if needed. Ideal for visiting Battersea in particular, but is not far from central London at all - short bus ride to Victoria. Lovely home, lovely host and lovely dog!
