10.0Propreté des lieux tant dans l'appartement que dans la résidence. Résidence très bien surveillée, piscine spacieuse bien entretenue avec plusieurs gardiens. Appartement très bien équipé, ustensiles de cuisine en suffisance, climatisation et très bonne connexion wifi. Ascenseur opérationnel. Les draps et essuies sont mis à disposition. La mer est très proche 400m. Bref excellent rapport qualité prix. Le centre de Rabat où se trouve la médina, la kasbah, mausolée sont à 25 min en voiture.
