1.0As a host you should be more precise with your advertising. Your property does not have : - cooking area - fridge/storage - dressing table or long mirror The bedding were very dusty Air cond is dusty ...we started sneezing when aircond is switched on. The highlight of this disasterous stay is there is a night club nearby and they were playing real loud musics until 3.15am. We travelled 4hrs to attend an event in the morning and end up not sleeping the night before . I know the loud music issue is not under host control but when you are in property handling you should consider surrounding before putting your property for homestay purpose. When we contact the host at 2am to find a solution. He gave us option to report police for the loud noise OR we change to another property at a different location however he wants us to pay cleaning fee. At 2.30am his concern was cleaner fee instead of getting our issue solved. I find it unprofessional for a host to put the guest in such difficult situtaion esp for the quality of the apartment . At the end we did ask to go ahead for police report which I guess resulted the pub to shut the music at 3.15 or it could be jus a coincidence they shut down at that time. This is definitely not a place for family to stay. I don't think it's suitable to be listed as a property for homestay. It's unacceptable to be paying rm276 for this experience.
