Place looks really nice at first and bed is comfy

− Got to the place late around half 9 pm , as soon as we stepped in the property we were greeted by loads of ants all over the walls nd falling off the ceiling on to the bed. We then checked out the bathroom to find the toilet cover in ants and all over the walls. We immediately called Richard (who is in charge of sorting out the facility while the real owners are away ) he was very rude and said there is nothing he can do as it was a weekend and to just "tell them off " ( the ants ) we explained our discomfort and how I couldn't even use the toilet as I couldn't sit on the seat he said he would get someone out on Monday (this was saturday). We then had the same experience throughout the stay and called nd messaged Richard about this multiple times and still got a very rude dismissive response. On Monday ( our last day) he got a ant guy out that said the problem should be sorted and also told us that the accommodation is under warranty as he has to spray the place for ants alot as its a isssue at this place ,so no charge for him coming out. We requested a full refund and that was denied. We got told we would get 1 nights stay only very rudely and after weeks off messaging finally got that 1 night stay ( which was suppose to be $180 and only received $140 ). We are not people to complain and were very patient however I really would not recommend this place as this issue could easily happen again and the owners are not helpful at all if u stay here.

− Beim reinkommen hatten wir in der ganzen Wohnung Ameisen. Haben dann alle beseitigt und fortan alles verschlossen gehalten. Von da an hatten wir keine Probleme mehr. Sowieso waren eigentlich überall Fliegengitter montiert deshalb weiss ich gar nicht wie die reingekommen sind..

Highly recommend Malie for a couples stay in Agnes Water. We would definitely stay there again.

Great studio, beautifully appointed and very clean. Had everything we needed. Easy walk to village shops, cafes and bars, and short walk to the beach.

− The host extended our check out time to 10am. I think 9am (the regular check out time) is a little early. We were glad to be granted the extension to 10am.

We loved the space and how close it was to the shops and the beach. It was very clean and tidy and a nice place to stay

− The only downside was the lack of curtains or blinds on the shutters in the main areas it was great for lighting however for privacy and when sleeping we would have preferred some blinds to be available to pull down during the night.

Amazing little villa for a couple!

Super modern & clean, really good layout, outdoor shower was awesome. Liked that there was security cameras. Close to everything. Hassle free check in/check out.
