A huge disappointment. The property absolutely does not deserve to be called an apartment.

− It was supposed to be a special week of vacation and a time for well-deserved rest, but it turned into a daily ordeal. The conditions at the property fell far short of decent standards; it was a long way from deserving the label of "apartment." The biggest downsides were: * **Lack of air conditioning and unfulfilled promises:** The description noted the absence of air conditioning but guaranteed ceiling and floor fans instead. Upon arrival, we found ceiling fans in three rooms but only one floor fan. With outdoor temperatures exceeding 40 degrees, the fans were simply inadequate. * **Dismissive attitude from the owner:** When we asked for additional equipment, we were told it wasn't possible. Only after a second, firm intervention—and a threat to demand a refund—were three floor fans finally provided. Even then, the heat inside the apartment was unbearable, making sleep and recovery impossible. * **Appalling condition of furnishings and furniture:** The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. The living room sofa was completely sagging and had torn upholstery. In the bathroom, we found a cracked toilet seat and a broken light. * **Kitchen and hygiene issues:** The kitchen facilities left much to be desired; there wasn't even a sharp knife for slicing anything. The frying pan had lost its non-stick coating, making frying impossible. The old refrigerator barely cooled, a very unpleasant odor emanated from the kitchen cabinets, and ants were wandering around the apartment. Personally, I believe that listings on booking sites should be more rigorously verified for accuracy to protect customers from situations like this. I definitely do not recommend this property. If I visit Malta again in the future, I will certainly give this place a wide berth and advise all my friends against staying there.

U samom centru,veoma blizu crkve. Stan prostran i čist. U velikoj kuhinji imate više-manje sve što vam treba. Svaka soba ima plafonski ventilator. Tiho za spavanje,a dva puta nedeljno čujete živu muziku pod prozorom koja je super! Baš nam se dopalo! Komunikacija sa vlasnikom sjajna

− Ne zaboravite adapter za strujne utičnice!

The appartement is correct, justified the price, great location, we are happy with the efficiency of the host (Homely).

Unica cosa positiva la posizione.

− Appartamento molto sporco e vecchio, stoviglie sporca e acqua che esce pianissimo. L’aria condizionata che dicono di avere sono dei vecchi ventilatori sul soffitto e inoltre non pensavamo di avere dei coinquilini ovvero le formiche. La wi-fi non funziona. Non la raccomando a nessuno e di certo noi non ci ritorneremo.

La ubicación

− El propietario no respondía si tenías duda y era desagradable. El primer día encontramos una cucha racha en la casa. Además seleccioné este apartamento porque contaba con aire acondicionado, cosa que es mentira, eran ventiladores de techo súper antiguo. No era soportable la calor que hacía en el apartamento, todo el día sudando. El apartamento tenía aspecto de suciedad, la vajilla estaba sucia y la casa olía mal.
