Das Haus hat eindeutig Charme und der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Von den Terrasse(n) hat man einen einzigartigen Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Größe der Hauses und Zimmeranzahl sind sehr komfortabel. Kamin und das rustikale Ambiente, die allgemein komfortable Austattung, sowie die Ansprechbarkeit und Servicebereitschaft des Vermieters sind hervorheben.

− Teilweise etwas alte Ausstattung.

La ubicación es perfecta. Vas caminando a la playa lo que hace las idas y venidas mucho mas fácil cuando vas en grupo. Espacios amplios. Jardín de lujo, con vista al mar, una mesa ideal.

Ein absolutes Traumhaus mit historischem Charme und vielen schmucken Details. Die Lage mit der Nähe zum Strand und der Altstadt ist ausserordentlich und vereinfacht Vergnügen und Besorgungen gleichermassen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr grosszügig und hilfsbereit - wir fühlten uns vom 1.Tag an wie Zuhause. Grosses Dankeschön für die Möglichkeit das tolle Fischerort Sant Pol de Mar aus dieser Perspektive geniessen zu dürfen! Alles Gute lieber Jordi! Omar & Simone, Ona & Manel
