− - de sleutelkluis hing in de brandnetels. - de badkamer was niet schoon en na 1 dag was het toiletpapier op. Dit heb ik zelf moeten kopen voor een verblijf van 5 dagen - in de keuken lag elke dag vuile afwas in de gootsteen - de koelkast was ook niet schoon. - de handdoeken die ik had gekregen roken naar iemand anders en waren naar mijn idee al gebruikt. - in het kussen kon ik de haarproducten van de vorige persoon nog ruiken - de kamer en het appartement waren stoffig en niet schoon. - het bed had een lichte kuil in het matras. - het was voor mij niet duidelijk dat het ging om een volledig gedeeld appartement met eigen slaapkamer. net voordat ik aankwam kreeg ik een bericht van Booking dat de naam was gewijzigd en kon ik niet meer annuleren.
