7.0− Les fenêtres étaient dans un état déplorable (très très sales) ! L'appartement offre une cuisine, mais les récipients de cuisson étaient plus que sales et détériorés, et de surcroît il n'y a ni de table ni de chaises pour manger excepté une petite table basse de salon alors qu'il y a de la place dans la pièce !
It served its primary purpose, but next time, I would rather choose a more expensive alternative.
4.0It served its primary purpose – we needed a property with an option for a late check-in (after 11 pm) for four students for one night. But for a stay longer than one night or for anyone other than modest students, I wouldn't recommend it. We can't say we were much surprised – it was the cheapest accommodation in the city center (except for dormitories). However, next time I would rather look for a more expensive alternative.
− The primary issue was the cleanliness and comfort. It was an unpleasant surprise to find old underwear (probably from previous guests) under the bed. Also, the facility is old and uncomfortable to use. Besides that, the host forgot to send the code to the key box. However, she replied to our reminder in approximately fifteen minutes, so it wasn't a serious problem.

− No kettle, no hair dryer, no rubbish bin in the apartment, no curtain on the window in the room with the sofa bed, once blind on the kitchen window was lowered, couldn’t raise again, many dusty corners, bed not that comfortable
