Posizione fantastica. La villa si erge sul promontorio di Marciana Marina, il quale gode probabilmente della vista più singolare di tutta l'isola. La casa è un gioiello a cui la proprietà e i gestori dedicano molta cura. Disponere di una spiaggia privata è un lusso e una comodità senza eguali. Il soggiorno è stato indimenticabile!

− Unica pecca è la gestione dei rifiuti. Abbiamo contattato più volte l'agenzia affinché gli stessi venissero smaltiti in delle isole ecologiche e non all'entrata della villa. È disonoroso nei confronti di una struttura così bella che gli ospiti vengano accolti con tale indecenza. Confido in un pronto intervento da parte dei proprietari per sanare le divergenze con le altre ville della zona, già attrezzate a questo.

Ein Traumurlaub mit der ganzen Familie

Die ruhige Lage am privaten Strand mitten in den Pinienwäldern und die Aussicht von der Terasse waren ein Traum! Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut. Man konnte alles kochen und hat genügend Platz. Die Lage zu Marciana Marina (ca.5min mit dem Auto) ist top. Der Ort ist wunderschön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Dort ist auch ein Coop wo man wunderbar einkaufen kann. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

− Die Fließen auf der Terasse und der Außenstufe zum Meer sind renovierungsbedürftig (mäckeln auf hohem Niveu)

Unglaubliche Lage direkt am Meer, alles vorhanden was zum leben/ für den Urlaub gebraucht wird! Buchung, Check-in, Check-out, etc. sehr entspannt.

− An einem Tag standen plötzlich Handwerker unangekündigt auf der Terrasse. Sie waren ca für 3 Stunden da und haben mit Laubbläser und anderem lauten Gerät den Garten gepflegt. Das geht u. M. nach bei diesem Preis überhaupt nicht, schon garnicht ohne Ankündigung. Wir hatten uns diesbezüglich beschwert und um Ausgleich gebeten, daraufhin wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Putzteam 50€ mehr für die Reinigung verlangt hatte, da wir den Müll nicht aufgeräumt hatten. Diese Anschuldigung können wir nicht nachvollziehen, wir hatten sämtlichen Müll zum abgesprochenen Ort gebracht. Und bei über 1.000€! Reinigungsgebühr sollte dies kein Problem dargestellt haben.. Diese Erfahrung hat den sonst sehr schönen Urlaub leider etwas getrübt, ansonsten alles super.
