10.0Magnifique logement, remarquablement fonctionnel, confortable et équipé : super cuisine, machine à laver, sèche-linge. Situé en bas d'une maison mais on n'a vraiment pas l'impression d'être dans un sous-sol. Place de parking privée devant le garage.
− Il faut absolument avoir une voiture, la ville de Vancouver étant à en moyenne 45 minutes de route.
