Great location, but disappointing overall experience

− This condo is significantly overpriced for the quality and comes with many surprise add-on fees beyond what you already pay on Booking.com. After booking, we were directed to the owner’s separate website where additional fees are charged for things you would normally expect to be included, such as early check-in, beach chair rentals, and cribs, plus a mandatory resort fee on top of everything else, which makes the stay far more expensive than advertised. The unit itself shows considerable wear and tear; the floors were sandy upon arrival and the linens for the pull-out bed were soiled, forcing us to spend our first evening documenting issues with property management, which were only resolved the following day. The elevators are extremely slow with waits of 10 minutes or more, and on one occasion we had to climb 20 flights of stairs after the beach due to the delays. There are also many strict building rules that made the stay feel restrictive rather than relaxing, and while the beachfront location is nice, the extra fees, cleanliness issues, building inconveniences, and overall condition make this poor value for the price and not a place we would choose to stay again.

Nice resort and apartment. Combination of a nice pool area and the beach next to the resort was perfect. The apartment was also modern and with good facilities. I recommend the apartment.

El apartamento era muy amplio y bien equipado. Súper limpio y con unas vistas espectaculares. La playa estaba justo al lado y las zonas comunes del edificio muy completas. El personal de 10!!

− Queda un poco lejos de South Beach y las zonas turísticas.
