The property was in a quiet valley where we could walk in shade on a hot Bank Holiday weekend. The pond had newts and dragonflies and was a wonderful place for the children to see nature. All the amenities were first class, kitchen, dining area, lounge, games room, bedrooms and bathrooms and gave our large extended family space to have fun.

A great family weekend in a lovely home in a very peaceful location celebrating a milestone birthday. The house was well equipped, the surrounding garden is beautiful and the host was very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The most beautiful house set in a relaxing setting in a valley in Branscombe Devon. We had a wonderful stay here and nothing was too much trouble, Ian was a fabulous host. Cannot recommend enough!

Just got back from an amazing stay at Hole Mill in Branscombe with a group of friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The accommodation was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The wild swimming pond and wood-fired hot tub were definite highlights—perfect for unwinding after a day out. The location is great too, with beautiful beaches nearby and plenty of lovely spots to eat and explore in the area. Whether you’re staying in or heading out, Hole Mill is a fantastic base for a relaxing countryside break.
