Voy a contar mi experincia. Las istalaciones y cercania a la playa una maravilla, la habitacion maravillosa. El desayuno muy bueno. Descansamos muy bien, las camas y silencio perfectos.. Cerca hay de todo. Yo bajo mi experiencia lo recomiendo mucho.. Phi phi en temporada baja y tuvimos la gran suerte de dias soleados, un paraiso

Good location, but disappointing facilities and service.

The resort is conveniently located close to the center of Phi Phi, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the pier. The area was quiet, and the room was clean, although quite small - which was consistent with the room category I booked.

− The bathroom was in poor condition, and the shower had no hot water when we arrived. The staff had to replace the water heater, which took a long time and was especially frustrating because we had just returned from a boat tour wet and needing a shower. We were also treated poorly by the breakfast staff simply because we arrived about ten minutes before breakfast ended.

− I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share it. My husband and I arrived for our honeymoon expecting the room we had booked and paid for. Instead, we were given a room at the very end of the property, next to an active construction area. It looked nothing like what had been advertised or what we had paid for. When we approached reception to resolve the issue, the manager on duty was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Rather than apologizing or trying to find a solution, he told his colleague to cancel our reservation. This was not a realistic option, as we were in a foreign country and had planned our stay around this hotel. We calmly explained that we had paid for a different type of accommodation and that guests should not be allowed to book rooms that are unavailable or significantly affected by construction. Instead of listening, he became defensive, angry, and treated us with complete disrespect. What disappointed us most was the lack of basic courtesy. When something goes wrong, guests at least expect an apology and a willingness to help. Throughout the rest of our stay, whenever we had to speak with him, he would barely acknowledge us, look at us unpleasantly, and make us feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The breakfast area had no air conditioning, and every morning we left sweating because of the heat. It made what should have been a relaxing breakfast quite uncomfortable. The beds were another major issue. They were incredibly hard—honestly harder than a rock—and getting a good night’s sleep was almost impossible. We never felt properly rested during our stay. To be fair, the staff who helped with our luggage were kind, friendly, and professional. They were the highlight of the service we received. The hotel itself is average, but no property can make up for poor customer service.

Not worth going back.
