The staff is amazing, they are super nice and friendly! If the rating was just for the staff I'll give 100/10! You have great people working there! The rooms are nice and clean.

− The river was dirty, I mean it! It has a sewer connected to the river, the only thing we ended up doing is walking around. We didn't even get in the pool, it was too small and there was way too many people. And the food is expensive for being Knorr/Maggie packages, fake smashed potatoes and frozen pre-cooked meat, if you want to eat stick to the Casados (those were good), other than that you're it for disappointment.
