1.0Please don’t book this property because of following reasons: 1. The photos listed on the website (Booking.com) are not of this property. 2. Bad staff behaviour 3. Hotel building has multiple hotel boards and is located in a small lane 4. Before boarding the flight to Bangalore, I confirmed with the hotel at 7 pm and was told that the booking is confirmed. 5. We reached hotel at 12 mid night (This was already informed to the hotel), and was surprised to know that there is no booking. 6. The staff at the reception was extremely rude and told us to contact fab hotel staff. This is not fab hotel. We are not liable for what they do. I would like to inform that Fab hotel doesn’t own this hotel and they are just another broker like booking.com We had to book another hotel in the middle of the night somehow. DONOT Book this property ever.

10.0The staff, from reception to restaurant, was incredibly helpful. Hospitality was awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean, especially compared to other hotels . Very friendly staff. Good food.
