8.0Close to the slope. Spacy, new and stylish. Ski locker room is warm and clean. The kitchen is well equiped. Decent Georgian restaurant next to the building.
− The strong tobacco odor in the room at the beginning. Dissepired only after a few days of thorough ventilation. The owner should be more strict about smoking police. Little far from the supermarket. Only few restaurants in the area. I did later check in and it was some challenge to locate the room.

Nice stay in Gudauri
10.0Good, warm and stylish appartment, a bit overpriced, especially in comparision with apts in Tbilisi, but still it is OK. Designed like a man's cave, well-equipped despite the small space inside. We got everything we need to make a breakfast and go skiing. Gogi, the owner is really pleasant guy and helped us promptly every time we need. Gudauri was not mentioned for pedestrians, no places to walk - only to ski. The road to the shop Spar is 10 min by feet down the hill, following the windy snowy path. Awesome restaurant Magi Style is nearby and down the slope is hotel MarcoPolo with money exchange, pool, ATM and so on.
