blackout on second night, morning woken up by noisy school next to hotel.
5.0the staff, reception were nice, warm, helpful.
They helped me to book a taxi, also another night booked a dinner with mobile app, as my phone not really fully functioning in China.
upon checking out, I met this girl, i think she is a manager, she apologised for the late night changing room drama, and she gave us a little panda, then she also refunded one night's expenses. I appreciate that.
− Breakfast, literally very limited food options, I don't know what to eat, so does my son, literally struggle to find food.
Also no English label, I suppose they don't really have the need? my son doesn't know which one is milk which one is the soya milk, I have to go and explain to him because there's no English label on it. By the way, the coffee machine is not working - for the two mornings that we stayed, I need a cup of coffee to wake me up fully, but can't get it from hotel. :(
When you use lift, you found interesting Chinglish - Chinese English.
We stayed only two nights, the second night, room has a blackout, my mum literally just removed clothes ready to shower, but it's completely dark! I have to put on mobile torch for her to dress up again, called hotel, they just move us to another room.. I have to pack up everything in the night? like around 10pm? When we finishing the moving, showering, it's mid-night.
The next day, early morning, 7ish, you hear the nearby school - a middle school, I suppose? a man was shouting with loud speaker, telling the students to do this to do that... literally no way to sleep? I set alarm at 8.30am? we all got woken up by the noise from school.
Honestly If i know there's a school just next door, and it's going to be this loud - you literally feel like someone is holding a loudspeaker shouting at your ears! I wouldn't book this hotel at all.
