We loved our stay - lots of space and great access to everything we wanted to see and do!
9.0We loved the location - central to everything we wanted to see and do and easy access to the bus and train.
− We arrived late in the evening and had never used the Akiles app before. Lighting wasn’t great and the app wasn’t very intuitive and took some practice.
An experience never before had.
1.0− It was terrible. The sofa was broken, the toilet was broken, the kettle was broken, and the worst thing was the water heater was broken. I couldn't take a shower. The service staff found out that the water heater was fixed the next day and promised to compensate us. Three days later, when we left, they told us that there was no compensation. It was a magical experience.
