10.0We absolutely loved this hotel. They were so great to work with, since my mother has mobility issues! Loved the views and our room was clean. We would definitely stay here again!

5.0The lake beside the hotel was amazing and it was so peaceful there
− The room could do with a good up grade . There was spider in the corner is the bathroom . The room was very outdated . Water down handsoap floor in bathroom was grubby. Paper cup in the room for the tea . Pub part was amazing great pool table and that .staff was very friendly .lake outside the hotel was unreal and the local was good so peaceful there .

7.0− The bathroom really needs an extraction fan it gets very stuffy and wet in there when using the bathroom. And the shower needs a door, the whole floor gets wet from the shower water.
The bedrooms were shabby and needed attention.
