− O quarto de cima podia ter cortinas mais grossas pois são transparentes e quem está na rua pode ver alguém se trocando. Também é um quarto muito claro para dormir.

− Precisa dedetizar. Encontramos baratas nas gavetas da cozinha. Obras em casas ao lado do chalé começavam a fazer barulho às 6h00 da manhã.
