Tolle Lage, 5 Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt. Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung, bequeme Betten, überall coole Beleuchtung, tolle Dusche. In derselben Straße gibt es ein paar tolle Bars zum Frühstücken, und gleich um die Ecke gibt es alle möglichen Geschäfte, wie einen leckeren Donut-Laden, eine Apotheke, Edeka... Wir hatten einen reservierten Parkplatz, was wirklich toll war. Und dass es in beiden Zimmern einen Fernseher gab, war super – wir konnten in Ruhe in unserem Zimmer schlafen, während die Kinder fernsahen. Alles war großartig, würde ich wieder buchen!

− Es wäre toll, wenn bei der Ankunft der Gäste Kaffee und Tee bereitstehen würden. Und richtiges Shampoo und Duschgel. Das sind die kleinen Dinge, die wir Gäste immer zu schätzen wissen und brauchen.

Nice, large comfortable apartment close to public transport

This apartment is very nicely renovated with easy access and very close to public transport. The host was always helpful, handover of the access codes and guidance was without any problems as well as agreement on check-out and departure. We liked the fact, that there was enough space for all of us, as well as nicely equipped kitchen and dining space. There are nice videos at Youtube showing the whole flat, parking space etc. I suggest everybody to look at them and not only the photogallery. Parking was also OK, we got access to private place to park our large VAN. One just have to keep in mind, that the parking is not in the same building and street, but about 500m away from the flat.

− The flat is having 2 rooms and 1 bathroom underground, which was not first noticed from the description and photos. These two rooms in the underground floor are not having daily light as well as doors to close them. At least, they have curtain which helps with some insulation from the rest of the flat. Despite we had heating ON, we were not able to get the underground floor heated enough, so that the use of the bottom bathroom would be comfortable. Probably, the flat was empty before us and it may be OK few days later. However, for a short stay, none of this was really a problem for us and if available, we will use this flat for our next stay in Berlin again.
