NOT SAFE FOR FAMILIES and diabolical customer service
1.0The location was good for what we needed it for.
− Diabolical customer service and unsafe for families! Contact number does not dial out when seeking advice. Shower has a known defect but meant it was not working for parts of our stay (during a heatwave). All bedroom doors have security locks that cannot be opened from the outside as keys are not provided (photo attached). Our baby's belongings ended up locked within one of the bedrooms for several hours and the property manager was uncontactable during this time (including via Booking.com customer support). This property is not safe for families in any form under the current circumstances. The property itself feels dated and rundown with cobwebs in the bathroom corners, broken garden furniture, numerous clocks not working and evidence of a bees nest in the front door panelling.
