Unsafe and unreliable
1.0The location was great and convenient for getting around Hallandale Beach and the surrounding area.
− Unfortunately, the safety and communication were extremely poor. My room door would not lock from the outside for my entire stay due to a malfunctioning electronic keypad, meaning I had to leave all of my belongings in an unlocked room every time I left. I contacted the property multiple times by phone and message asking for assistance, but I never received a response. On top of that, the main entrance gate keypad also didn’t work, so the property was left unsecured as well. Having both the gate and my room unlocked throughout my stay was completely unacceptable and made me feel very unsafe. I would not recommend staying here until these security issues are addressed.

− The property was not as described. There was no wifi as described in the property details or in the check in email. The property charges a 75 a day cleaning fee and their was mold in multiple places. The door did not fully shut and the bed springs were felt through the thin mattress. Property was unresponsive when calling regarding concerns and not flexible in terms of cancellation regarding these conditions.

El lugar no tiene absolutamente nada que ver con lo que muestran las fotos: estaba sucio, deteriorado y en condiciones que no permiten una estadía mínima. La zona es insegura, hay más departamentos que cuando llegamos estaban en la puerta fumando mariguana. La situación fue tan grave que no pudimos alojarnos en la propiedad. Aun así, nos cobraron la estadía completa. Intentamos comunicarnos insistentemente con la dueña desde el primer momento: nunca respondió ni mensajes ni llamados, dejándonos completamente abandonados. Esto no es una mala experiencia aislada: es una publicación engañosa. Comparto esto para que nadie más pase por lo mismo. No reserven este lugar. Evítenlo si no quieren perder dinero y pasar un muy mal momento.
